Service Description
Join Us for a Day of Outdoor Fun! We’re running exciting Forest School sessions full of adventure, creativity, and campfire cooking! Dates: Thursday 31st July Tuesday 5th August Thursday 14th August Tuesday 19th August (Please check our booking calendar for available spaces.) Location: Ashford C of E Primary School – Forest School Area Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm Age Range: Children aged 5–11 Please note: Your child does not need to be a pupil at Ashford C of E Primary School to attend our holiday club days, they are open to all children aged 5–11, regardless of the school they attend. Drop-off Info: Please note: another holiday club (Promise Sports Coaching) will also be running at the school. Be sure to drop your child off directly with the Forest School Leader. If you’re unsure where to go on the day, just ask – we’re happy to help! What’s in Store? Children will enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including: Crafting with natural materials Bug hunting Mud kitchens Fire-lighting & tool use Games and much more! Campfire Lunch Menu: Each day we’ll be cooking something tasty over the fire: Thurs 31st July – Rice with mango & sweetcorn Tues 5th August – Pizza wraps Thurs 14th August – Campfire nachos Tues 19th August – Vegan sausages & corn on the cob Morning and afternoon snacks are also provided around the campfire. If your child may not enjoy the planned lunch, feel free to pack a backup option. What to Bring: A refillable water bottle Check our website’s kit list for full details on what to wear and bring (No need to bring snacks or a packed lunch unless preferred) Help Us Spread the Word! To run each session, we need a minimum of 14 participants. Please support our small business by telling your friends! Weather Policy: We monitor weather closely using BBC Weather and Met Office forecasts. In the event of severe weather (e.g., thunder, lightning, or high winds), we will cancel the session and notify you ASAP. For rainy days, don’t worry – we’ve got a shelter to keep everyone dry and smiling!
Cancellation Policy
Payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 7 days before the holiday clubs date. We require a minimum of 14 participants for the holiday clubs to proceed. If the club is canceled due to minimum participants not being met, you will receive a full refund and be notified at least 48 hours in advance.
