Cancellation and Refund Policy

After School Clubs

When booking the after school clubs you are committing to the term.

A course will not go ahead unless a minimum of 8 participants have booked in.

Cancellation - Payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels the course booked less than 7 days before the start date.

In the unlikely event a session is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified a minimum of 24 hours before, this could be due to dangerous weather conditions and a space indoors in unavailable, minimum participants not met or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a refund for the session cancelled (not the term payment).

Please allow 3-5 days for a refund to go through.

We are unable to refund any sessions not attended.

Stay & Play Sessions

Please ensure no more than 1 adult attends these sessions with their child/children, this is due to limited space/resources.

A session will not go ahead unless a minimum of 10 participants have booked in.

Cancellation - Payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 48 hours before the session.

In the event a session is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified a minimum of 24 hours before, this could be due to dangerous weather conditions, minimum participants not met or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a refund for the session cancelled.

Please allow 3-5 days for a refund to go through.

We are unable to refund any sessions not attended.

A copy of our handbook is available to staff, parents, schools, nurseries and anyone who is connected to The Full SET Forest School Leader via paper booklet or email if requested.
