Volunteers
We are always looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help support our forest school sessions, fostering children’s learning and exploration in the great outdoors. Volunteers play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive as they connect with nature. Whether assisting with experiences/opportunities or simply offering an extra set of hands, volunteers bring invaluable energy and creativity to each session. It is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a community dedicated to getting children outdoors, promoting environmental stewardship, and cultivating a sense of wonder in the natural world. Volunteers not only support the Forest School staff and children, but also gain unique experiences and skills in the Forest School approach.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer, please get in touch with Maddi at thefullsetforestschoolleader@gmail.com.
As this role involves working with children, an enhanced DBS check will be required, along with satisfactory references.
