Service Description
Forest School After-School Club - Autumn Term 25/26 This club is open to pupils in Year 2 to Year 6 attending Springfield Primary School. Location & Collection: Sessions take place in the Forest School area on the school field. Children will be collected from the school hall and taken to the club. Pick-up is at 4:30pm from the SIDE GATE. What We Do: Each session includes a range of outdoor, nature-based activities such as: Crafting with natural materials Bug hunting Planting and gardening Mud kitchens Fire-lighting and tool use Outdoor games and more! What to Bring: A healthy snack (no nuts please) A water bottle Dates & Cost: Start Date: Monday 15th September 2025 End Date: Monday 8th December 2025 Total Sessions: 12 Cost: £8 per session / £96 total Please Note: To run the club, we need a minimum of 8 participants. Please help us spread the word and support our small business! Weather Policy: We monitor forecasts using BBC Weather and the Met Office. If the weather is deemed unsafe (e.g. thunder, lightning, or high winds), the session will move indoors if a suitable space is available at the school. Cancellation Policy
When booking the after school clubs you are committing to the term. A course will not go ahead unless a minimum of 8 participants have booked in. Cancellation - Payments are non-refundable if the customer cancels less than 7 days before the start date. In the event a session is cancelled by us, the customer will be notified a minimum of 24 hours before, this could be due to dangerous weather conditions, minimum participants not met or unforeseen circumstances, the customer will receive a refund for the session cancelled (£8). Please allow 3-5 days for a refund to go through. We are unable to refund any sessions not attended.
